How does an international manufacturer effectively break away from its long-term US business and distribution partner? We worked with our client to set up US distribution, customer service and finance operations. Significant SAP augmentation was required to enable seamless integration of the new capabilities. All business and system updates were accomplished within the one year allowed for the corporate break up.
Sales Reporting
How do two merging companies combine sales reporting systems to ensure visibility across the entire product portfolio? We helped our client bring the product data from one company into the legacy systems of the other company. System interfaces were built and tested for standardized and custom reporting on desktop and mobile devices. System updates and training were rolled-out at the first national sales meeting of the combined company.
