Example Client Projects

Product Development
How does a company ensure that its development activities are as productive as possible? We developed financial models and helped our client establish structured processes to optimize new product development activities. Every stage of the development process was available to all stakeholders online, including functional responsibilities and visibility to whether a project should be fast-tracked or delayed in the development portfolio.

New Service Launch
How does a large distributor move into new business areas with higher margins? We researched the total spending of their manufacturing customers across all business processes. We determined the higher margin spend that was tertiary to the distributor’s core business and developed new service offerings that would target $150M in additional manufacturer business and build on their legacy capabilities. Business case included market entry strategy and potential acquisition targets.

Mergers & Acquisitions
How do merging companies successfully reach the target post-merger state? We perform target due diligence based on corporate strategy. We work with clients to develop business, technology and process requirements, implement operating model adjustments and design global target organizations. We engage in program management, synergy capture and change management to ensure that the combined entity meets the strategic intent of the merger.
